At ZauqeHerb, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair return & refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • The product is expired upon delivery

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof (images/videos) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind / personal dislike

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order number
    • Clear images/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved:
    • We will arrange a return pickup OR guide you accordingly

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund method:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa

Note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refund is only applicable for approved cases

5. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange will be processed once the original item is returned or verified.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/mobile wallet again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us
